Whitelist Request

If you have purchased a product or service that is DRM enabled and you would like to whitelist an IP address to use the product, submit it a ticket to our Whitelisting Department with the following information:

Add or Replace: Are we adding this IP to your current list or are we replacing them with this set?
IP Whitelisted: The IP(s) you want whitelisted ( Ports Included )
Server Host Name: Your Server Provider's Name
Server Host Website: Your Server Provider's Website
Invoice Payment Date: The date of payment of the invoice you have attached

In addition to the above information, we require an indate invoice recieved from your server provider when you paid for their service. Typically these invoices are emailed to a client after payment via paypal or credit card. If you are unable to obtain yours, submit a ticket request to your service provider. Invoices must be screenshots of or direct pdf files attached during the ticket. We will not accept external links, plaintext pastes, or plaintext email screenshots.

The following things must be visible on the invoice:
1) Full Name ( must be the same as your account on our site )
2) Invoice Date ( must be the most recent )
3) Proof of Payment ( an indate server invoice in pdf form, only if your host provides one else just a png)

Finally, please be sure to consult the license distributed to you to ensure you would not violate the agreement and void your product. We operate on a client-first principle and will deny whitelists if they may breach these conditions before we punish the client. The whitelisting should be done in 1 - 3 Buisness Days
