How to assign other people certifications:
- Hold c, and right-click a player.
- Click view certifications. A list of a player's current certifications and certifications you can assign them will appear.
- Click on the certification you want to assign.
- Click Grant Certification, and Accept Changes.
How to assign yourself certifications:
- Place down a camera that follows you. Then activate the camera view.
- Hold c, and right-click yourself.
- Follow the same cert assignment directions as you would for a normal player.
